1. Course Enrollment & Access

  • Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment.

  • Access to online or in-person courses is granted only to the registered user and may not be shared.

  • Course materials are for personal use only and cannot be redistributed or resold.


2. Payments & Pricing

  • All course fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect already enrolled users.


3. Intellectual Property

  • All course content, graphics, videos, and materials are the intellectual property of Infront Graphic Design Studio.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the course content without written consent.


4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or interfere with the website or online learning platform

  • Engage in any form of plagiarism

  • Share, record, or publish course materials without authorization


5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of our services or website.


6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these terms.


7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.


Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2025

At Infront Graphic Design Studio, we strive to ensure our students have a valuable learning experience. If for any reason you need to cancel, please refer to our refund terms below.


🎓 Courses & Workshops

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date.

  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the course begins.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date or after the course has started.


💻 Online Self-Paced Programs

  • Full refunds are available within 3 days of purchase if no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.


📆 Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session (subject to availability).


📩 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email schedule@infrontgraphic.online with your full name, course name, and payment details. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
